What You’ll Do

The Customer Success Representative is responsible for managing, retaining and growing a portfolio of assigned Avail clients. The Customer Success Representative demonstrates a thorough understanding of Avail’s services and will be responsible for driving engagement and adoption through all stages of the customer life cycle.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing projects and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Actively foster and manage the success of a portfolio of assigned Avail clients
  • Establish a trusted relationship with each client and drive continuous value of our services
  • Drive engagement & adoption and foster enthusiastic, passionate customers
  • Be responsible for customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of existing accounts
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to onboard, participate in key meetings, and support new clients
  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g. sales, product, engineering) to ensure customer needs are met and their experience with our service is excellent
  • Identify trends and patterns in customer behavior and provide insights to the rest of the organization
  • Identify new solutions, both products and services, based on the customers requirements
  • Manage orders, timelines, and customer projects 
  • Own the churn, retention and growth for your specific client accounts

Skills & Requirement

What You’ll Bring

  • 1-2 years of related experience, and a passion for delivering great service to your clients
  • Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as client-facing presentation skills
  • Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • High attention to detail and a consultative mindset
  • Outstanding time management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Experience working with CRM’s or other related tools
  • Bachelor’s degree with evidence of high achievement in academics and extracurriculars
